Cheryl says Working Solutions provides a great opportunity for anybody looking to work from home. “I would say it’s the best company for working from home.”

Sixteen years of experience in the travel industry, with a specialty in hotel bookings.

Being the Hotel

After working a variety of programs for Working Solutions, Cheryl now serves as a travel expert, booking hotel reservations.

“I am the hotel. So when the customer calls in, I have to be that hotel—no matter which one of the 2,000 hotels the customer is calling.

“To be good at this job, you have to do your research and use your tools. A lot of information on each hotel is preloaded, but not always the information a customer is asking about. So you have to be quick on your feet and resourceful.”

When not at work, Cheryl volunteers as a hostess at a USO military center at a major airport. And there, she again provides great service—this time, for those who serve.

Working with the Best

Early in her career, Cheryl had the unusual opportunity of “making people millionaires.” She was one of the slot machine representatives who would go to casinos to pay out the mega jackpots.

She herself would later cash in, with a “great job” that allowed her to work from home—and continue to make people happy with great service.

Cheryl first heard about Working Solutions on a segment of the Clark Howard radio show, where the company was cited as offering legitimate, work-at-home opportunities. She checked it out and has been working as an agent since February 2007.

With 16 years of experience in the travel industry, and having worked with other contact center providers, Cheryl believes she made the right choice.

“It’s a great opportunity for anybody looking to work from home. I would say it’s the best company for working from home.”

On the job 40 to 50 hours a week, she says she enjoys not having to “drive to work, make her lunch or get dressed. All I have to do is turn on my computer.”
