You know what’s the best part of my job, what I’m most grateful for year after year?
Meeting with you, our agents, face-to-face, on the road, in the places where you serve clients and their customers.
I value our time together, especially this week, Thanksgiving week. As I look back over the past year, in 2017, we held seven regional meetings with agents, coast-to-coast.
During the first six months, we went to Anaheim, Charlotte and Baltimore. We held a virtual meeting for St. Louis. and finished up with stops in Pensacola, Newark and Phoenix.
Our meeting in Anaheim was almost 10 years to the day we held our first one in Orange County.
Members of our leadership team and I met with hundreds of you nationwide. The meetings lasted several hours and ranged from 15 to 50 agents.
Whether big groups or small, your business insights have proven invaluable, your friendships with co-workers moving.

Our hometown-homeshore gatherings represent only a fraction of our network across North America.
That’s why we connect year-round through the Vyne agent community, Facebook, virtual coffees, business broadcasts and educational classes online at Working Solutions University.
Come 2018, my team and I will be back out on the road, visiting new locations. We look forward to hearing your thoughts about our operations—from recruiting to onboarding to performance. There’s always room to improve.
