From 1996 to Today
Established more than 20 years ago, Working Solutions’ out-of-the box logo has long represented our company, based in Plano, Texas. It’s proved to be a straightforward service concept.
Back then, agents from across the United States worked from home—just as they do today. In the 1990s, however, on-demand workforces were novel. They’re commonplace now and increasingly more powerful.
Given today’s “Uber-consumer” expectations, our brand needed to move away from ‘out of the box,’ or where agents sat to support clients. It requires a mindset—and image—that’s more mobile and modern. That said, the focus now shifts from what’s being done to how that work is accomplished.
Just look around. Customer interactions are far more complex. They span umpteen channels, every which way. All at once.
Agents know this too well. It sometimes boggles the mind, and businesses, too.
Multi-faceted communications used by clients and their customers are reflected in the new Working Solutions logo. Interlocking chat bubbles represent converging forces and rising consumer expectations. Mobility is seen in the logo’s vector, symbolizing communications moving forward.
The refreshed brand reaffirms our company’s proven, and often emulated, distributed workforce model. Time and again, clients tell us they value it.
