When it comes to job seekers finding real opportunities, Working Solutions, a leader in on-demand contact center outsourcing, is among the most recognized companies. And its industry leadership continues to be spotlighted by news media nationwide—this time in Houston, Texas.
Reporter John Matarese for the KHOU 11 Consumer News “Don’t Waste Your Money” broadcast names Working Solutions among 10 companies with the best work-from-home jobs of 2019.
He cites Forbes, saying the magazine “analyzed hundreds of companies that offer at least some home-based jobs, and came up with some of the best for 2019.” Among them, listed in alphabetical order, were: Aetna, Amazon, United Healthcare and Working Solutions.
The Forbes list is based on the latest FlexJobs Top 100 Companies with Remote Jobs, which ranks Working Solutions at #5—the fourth straight year it made the Top 10.
According to the most recent FlexJobs write-up: “The highest-rated home agent company of its kind, Working Solutions helps clients improve customer satisfaction, create better customer experiences, increase sales-close rates, attain higher-average order values, and improve efficiency.”
Besides telling job seekers about legit companies with remote work, Matarese of KHOU 11 also cautions job seekers to be alert for online fraud.
He reports: “But on your hunt, be on the lookout for one of the many work-from-home scams. The Better Business Bureau says warning signs of a job scam include: A company that wants you to pay several hundred dollars for ‘supplies’ upfront.”
