As we enter the holiday season, tax preparation season soon follows. And this means more customer service opportunities for our skilled agents. But we are looking for more qualified agents to support this meaningful work. Are you one of those people?
The good news is you don’t have to be a math whiz to be considered for Intuit’s TurboTax tax prep offering. It does the heavy lifting! While on this assignment, our agents provide customer service and software tech support for TurboTax users.
Once selected to work on this program, you will be well-educated on the software platform, plus be provided ongoing development and support as you perform the work. You may already be using the product to do your own taxes so now you’ll be an expert user!
Normally, we ask our agents to work a minimum of 20 hours a week for our client programs. For this one, though, you can work as few as 10 hours, and of course, more you would like to.
