Working Solutions Customer Service independent contractors have access to work different contracts exclusive to Working Solutions. Active agents can view and apply to open contracts on Vyne.
Working Solutions’ contract offerings change frequently. Each open contract is posted on Vyne along with client and contract details, requirements, earnings potential, and schedule.
Contractors can view the latest updates on their active program contracts in Vyne. Access important contract resources, such as contract leadership team contact information and training and educational materials.
The Working Solutions scheduler is accessible on Vyne. Our Customer Service agents use this tool to schedule the hours they want to work on each of their active client program contracts. Additionally, agents can use this tool to release the hours they can’t work, preload their preferred schedule, and submit and manage extended absences.
Working Solutions contractors can assess their performance on their active client program contracts using “My Metrics”. This Vyne tool allows them to track and monitor important performance and customer satisfaction analytics for all the programs that they are working on.
Our remote Customer Service agents can engage with their peers on Grapevyne. This newly redesigned tool provides a virtual gathering place for Working Solutions independent contractors to participate in friendly conversations, so they don’t miss out on building professional friendships because of remote work.
