This year, National Customer Service Week, or as we like to call it “Agent Appreciation Week,” is October 5-9. We use this week to show our agents just how much we appreciate them. After all, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do without you!
This year for Agent Appreciation Week, we’ve planned a different theme each day. We’ve gathered a ton of content for you to enjoy. Everything from music playlists and inspirational videos to blogs with tips and tricks and even a few fun contests. And don’t miss out on the chat, where you can connect with us and your fellow agents!
So what are the themes?
- Motivational Monday – Kick off the week with some motivational music and videos. There’s also a fun contest…join in for a chance to win!
- Tech Tuesday – We’re sharing tons of technology tips, tricks and hacks. You might learn something new. We sure did!
- Workspace Wednesday – As we enter mid-week, check out our tips and tricks to make your workspace “work” for you. And don’t forget to show us your workspace for your chance to win!
- Thirsty Thursday – Join Tasty coffee, smoothie, and drink recipes for your own Thirsty Thursday.
- Funny Friday – TGIF! We’ve gathered some of the funniest videos and podcasts. For our last contest, show us something funny and you just may win!
