Once Again, FlexJobs Best Remote Jobs 2025 Names Our Company #1

For the second year in a row, FlexJobs reconfirmed what agents here already know. Working Solutions is #1 when it comes to great remote work.

Agents attest to the company’s caring culture, workplace camaraderie and flexible scheduling on client programs. As independent contractors, the work arrangement gives PROs the autonomy, flexibility and opportunity to select their client programs and hours.

Ellen, an agent who wants to work for as long as she’s able, said contracting here has “helped me balance my life in every way.”

FlexJobs evaluated 60,000 organizations in creating its 2025 Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs.

According to its recent survey, remote work ranks as the most-important consideration in a professional job.

Empowering  Remote Professionals

Covering the survey results, Forbes reports: “In recent years, we’ve seen an increased emphasis on prioritizing flexibility, work/life balance, and wellbeing within the workplace.

“Additionally, we’ve observed how this new push on flexible working has empowered professionals to take control and take charge of their lives; and they love how it feels.”

All points on which agents here would agree.

Working Solutions chief executive Kim Houlne acknowledged the struggle occurring in today’s workplace with business mandates of returning to the office. An underlining problem is organizations having confidence in remote workers to do their jobs from afar.

Fostering a Caring Workplace

Houlne, however, believes the real question is: “Do you trust workers or not to perform well? Seen or not.”

To succeed, a business must have faith in workers—employees and contractors alike—and they, in turn, being professional. That requires hiring skilled persons, putting thorough processes in place to structure the work and leaders on the front lines who engage teams, inside and outside the company.

To make it all click takes a corporate foundation built on character and business values, both which cultivate a trustworthy culture, Houlne said. Done right, it permeates every job everywhere in an organization.

Whatever you give workers, Houlne believes it will pay dividends in return. That’s why Working Solutions invests in PROs for the long term.

One agent, Cheryl, said it best: “Working Solutions was amazing years ago. I tried working under another company which, while I loved the client, there was no investment in us like there is with Working Solutions. I am so glad to be back here, and Working Solutions still is A+ after all these years!”
