PRO Spotlight: Kelly – A Journey of Dedication and Excellence

Since 2009, Kelly has been an integral part of the Working Solutions community, building a career defined by flexibility, dedication and a passion for delivering exceptional service. She’d been looking for a reputable, work-from-home opportunity for a while and quickly recognized the unique benefits of Working Solutions, from its welcoming environment to the professionalism of the teams she collaborated with.

A Career Rooted in Adaptability and Growth

Over the years, Kelly has contributed to multiple client programs, including an agent-favorite: TurboTax. Her ability to adapt and thrive in different roles has made her a valued member of each team.

Currently, she serves as a main agent on an insurance program for cell phones and other devices. She’s been a part of this program for more than a decade, consistently handling customer inquiries and guiding customers to the right solutions. Her experience even extends to a past role in recruiting, where she helped screen applicants and onboard new agents—a testament to her well-rounded expertise.

When asked why she’s chosen to stay with Working Solutions over the years, her response is simple: comfort, consistency and a genuine appreciation for the company’s responsiveness and accommodating nature.

I’ve never wanted to leave because of how friendly and supportive everyone is. If I could be on even more projects, I would!

One of the greatest advantages of working from home, according to Kelly, is the ability to set her own schedule. Whether balancing an in-person job alongside her remote work or simply taking time for personal priorities, the flexibility has been life-changing. “It’s up to me when I service. If I need to go to appointments or grab lunch with friends, there’s nothing getting in the way,” she explains. “Making my own schedule has been incredible.”

Beyond Work: Passion for Cooking and Family Time

Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with family and friends. Cooking is one of her greatest passions, especially finding healthier ways to enjoy her favorite meals. At one point, she even had a viral page dedicated to delicious, healthy crockpot cooking.

Advice for New Agents: Lean In and Enjoy the Ride

For those just beginning their journeys at Working Solutions, Kelly offers a piece of advice: “Take a deep breath and realize how lucky you are to be here. Lean in and enjoy the ride.” She believes that embracing the experience and making the most of every opportunity leads to success and fulfillment.

A Positive Outlook on the Future

When it comes to motivation, she turns to a simple, yet powerful, mantra: “All will be well, all will be well, all manner of things shall be well.” This quote keeps her grounded and optimistic, no matter the challenges she faces.
