Brenda | Agent since 2002
Hospitality and Retail Industries
How do you sustain a 17-year career as a star customer service agent for Working Solutions? A standout personality, a strong devotion to parenting and a deep sense of empathy make for a good start. Add in being a psychic medium and you’ve captured the elements of Brenda’s skills as an agent.
“When I was four or five years old, I would see faces and hear voices every night when I tried to fall asleep,” Brenda said. Within in a few more years, she was reading cards and sensing the future with a pretty high degree of accuracy. “It became clear to me that I could connect with people on a different and much more personal level,” she explained.
It became clear to me that I could connect with people on a different and much more personal level.
Brenda has used these skills to relate to clients’ customers and help them find solutions. “It’s all about being the best you can be and treating customers the way you want to be treated. And you always want to do your job with a smile. The people on the other end of the line can sense it.”
It was clear from the beginning that Working Solutions was the right place for Brenda. She wanted a work environment where she could maintain a sense of balance with her responsibilities at home. The company provided her with the flexibility she needed to remain an involved mother of four with a rewarding career.
“Before I joined Working Solutions, I was getting up at 3 a.m. each morning to work in a hospital. I’d get home by 8 a.m. and take my kids to school. Then I’d put in a full day of work at a second job,” she recalled.
Reassuring Voice on a Lonely Road
While Brenda has had numerous successes, she remembered—while working on a car rental agency account—helping a young lady who was stranded on a remote road. “She was my daughter’s age, and I knew the fear she was feeling. She just needed a voice to guide her and someone with a sense of caring and empathy to help her get home. Working Solutions is simply the best of the best at customer service.” These types of interactions happen every day at Working Solutions, she said.
