What Working Solutions Agents Really Think: Remote Job Satisfaction Ratings from the 2024 Survey

Working Solutions Agents give 91 Net Promoter Score (NPS)
If you’re not familiar with NPS, it’s a simple but powerful way to measure satisfaction and loyalty. We asked agents how likely they are to recommend Working Solutions to others—and they responded with a Net Promoter Score of 91.
To give some perspective:
- An NPS above 50 is generally considered excellent.
- A score over 70 is outstanding.
- 91 places us among the top-performing organizations across industries.

This tells us that our agents aren’t just satisfied—they’re thriving. They feel supported, valued, and empowered. And that’s the kind of workplace we strive to build every day.
What Agents Told Us They Love About Contracting with Working Solutions
71% of agents said they’ve worked on a similar on-demand/gig project and Working Solutions was “above” or “far superior” in experience.
While the numbers speak volumes, we also listened closely to what agents had to say in their own words. Here are a few themes that came up again and again:

Many agents told us they’ve developed valuable skills and grown their confidence while working with us, especially through ongoing education and client variety. 60% of our agents have worked on at least two client programs with us.- “I love the AI and the practice tools, but don’t ever get rid of our trainers and the way we train!” (don’t worry, we won’t!)
- “I just finished my first education training session, and I could not have been more prepared for it. It was sincerely the best first day I have ever had.”
