Working Solutions is recruiting agents in the United States to provide customer service for tax software support. Applicants are not required to have any tax knowledge to perform job duties.

Different shifts are available. You can schedule hours that fit your lifestyle, whether you’re an early riser or a night owl. We’ll set you up to succeed with step-by-step onboarding and ongoing IT expertise.

  • At least a year or two of experience in a high-volume customer service role, such as call centers.
  • Proven data-entry skills, with a working knowledge of computer operating systems and software.

  7. What will be the customer interactions? Agents will take inbound calls and a portion will be video chat. An agent’s face, however, won’t be prominent on the screen. The use of video chat is simply there to help customers use the tax software.
