What Remote Agents Really Think About Working Solutions: Insights from the Latest 2025 Survey

At Working Solutions, our agents (which we call PROs) are at the heart of everything we do. Their experiences, feedback, and insights help shape how we grow, support our community, and continue delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

Each year, we ask our agents to share their honest perspectives through our PRO Survey. The results help us understand what’s working well and where we can continue to improve. This year’s feedback was an overwhelmingly positive combination of engagement, satisfaction, and long-term commitment within our network.

This year’s results might be the most important yet, as Working Solutions is celebrating their 30th year in the Customer Experience space.

Agents Continue to Recommend Working Solutions for Remote Customer Service Roles

One of the most telling indicators of satisfaction is whether someone would recommend an organization to friends and family. In our survey, they overwhelmingly said yes:

  • 92% agree or strongly agree they would recommend Working Solutions to others.

These numbers reflect the strong trust our PROs place in the opportunities and support they receive. When agents are willing to recommend contracting with Working Solutions to people they know personally, it speaks volumes about the experience they’ve had within our network.

Working Solutions Agents Are Building Diverse Experience Across Multiple Industries

Many agents choose to stay with Working Solutions and expand their experience across multiple client programs. That flexibility is one of the benefits of the contractor model and allows agents to grow their skills over time. Working Solutions has programs across a variety of industries including Healthcare, Automotive, Pet Tech, Travel, and more!

When asked how many programs they have worked on, PROs reported:

  • 42% have worked on 2–3 programs.
  • 33% have worked on 1 program.
  • 18% have worked on 4–5 programs.
  • 6% have worked on 6–10 programs.
  • 1% have worked on more than 10 programs.

This data shows that many agents continue to return for new opportunities, building expertise across different industries and client programs.

Strong Connections with Support Teams

Behind every successful program is a dedicated support team. From program managers to education classes and tech support staff, these teams work closely with PROs to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed from day one.

According to the survey:

  • 74% of agents agreed or strongly agreed that they know the contact names of each of their program support team members.

This level of familiarity highlights the strong relationships built between PROs and the people who support them day to day. We know that happy agents = happy clients and in turn, happy customers. Clear communication and accessible support are essential for delivering great customer experiences, and these results show those connections are thriving.

A Remote Community That Grows Over Time

Agents join the Working Solutions network at different stages in their careers. Many are exploring flexible remote work opportunities, while others are building long-term contracting relationships.

When asked how long they have been part of the network, agents shared:

  • 37% have been with Working Solutions for 1–3 years.
  • 20% have been with us for 3-6 years.
  • 7% have been with us for 6-10 years.

  • 4% have been with us for more than 10 years.

Seeing agents remain part of the community for a decade or longer speaks to the stability and opportunity the platform can provide.
